Part I of this article focused on basic methods to secure a default Linux installation. Aside from SSH, no additional software was installed on the machine to increase security. This article will examine some additional tools that can be installed to increase the overall security posture of a Linux system. Most of the tools that will be discussed in this paper include excellent documentation. Therefore, this paper will serve as an overview of these tools and not as a "how to".

Better written than the first part in my opinion! Here the author focused strictly on facts and the explaining style is really clear!
