Google Two-Step Verification is a process in which adds extra security to your google account and other related google apps. This is a very simple process and yet, it is very important for the security of google accounts. During the course of this paper, you will learn the following: What exactly two-step verification is, how it works, who can use it, the features of it, application specific passwords, and other apps associated with it. The most important thing that will be discussed, is the security of this feature for google accounts. After you turn on 2-Step Verification, non-browser applications and devices that use your Google Account one will be unable to connect to your account. However, in a few steps, a special password can be generated called application-specific password which allows this application to connect to your account
